Our practice nurses and healthcare assistant are available for help and advice on health promotion. They can also help with dressings, stitch removal, immunisations, travel vaccination and advice, ear syringing, cervical smears etc. They also assist the doctors at various other clinics.

Patient satisfaction is of great importance to the whole practice team. If you have any administrative queries, comments or complaints please contact the practice manager, who is responsible for the day-to-day running of the practice. Every effort will be made to deal with the matter quickly and efficiently.
Our receptionists and secretaries are trained to help both the patients and doctors and to observe strict confidentiality in all their work. They may sometimes need to ask questions about an appointment or visit by the doctor, but these questions are asked to help the doctor assess the situation and are always treated confidentially.
The midwife holds an antenatal clinic weekly at both Harbury and Bishops Itchington. She also teaches parent craft skills to expectant parents.
The district nurses are not based at the surgery but work closely with the practice, providing nursing care in the home. For help/advice please ring 01926 600818.
The health visitors are based at Southam Clinic and give advice on matters affecting health, particularly to expectant mothers, young children, the elderly or disabled please ring 01926 815045.
