There are several ways to get the medical advice you need. We offer face to face appointments, telephonic consultations and advice via an Accurx.

Practice will offer all patients a telephone triage appointment only. Please DO NOT visit the practice to book an appointment or to order medication. Please call the surgery for queries or to book appointments. The front desk will be for appointment arrival ONLY.

Appointments are available throughout the day during our opening hours and can be booked online or by calling the practice. Please select one of the below appointment types, to get the best suited help on time.

What are the timings for routine appointments?

Appointments are available throughout the day during normal opening hours.

Does the practice offer routine appointments on weekday evenings and on weekends?

Patients in South Warwickshire will be able to book face-to-face or telephone consultations at GP+ ‘hubs’ from 6.00 - 9.00pm on weekdays and 9.00am - 1.00pm on weekends.

Routine and same day appointments will be offered with GPs, nurses and clinical pharmacists. In addition there will be same day appointments from 6.00 - 9.00pm on weekdays for children aged 0-16 who need treatment after school hours.

How to avail the Chaperone service?

If you anticipate that you may require an examination by the Doctor and feel that you would like a chaperone to be present, please make reception aware at the time of booking your appointment so that this can be arranged. Alternatively bring along a member of your family or friend to your appointment.

How do I get Telephone Advice?

If you need advice from a doctor or nurse over the telephone the best time to call the practice is between 11:00 and 12:00. You may be asked to ring back if they are consulting.
